Venoruton gel is a drug for outdoor use, which strengthens capillary walls and normalizes their permeability. In chronic venous insufficiency reduces the severity of edema, eliminates pain, convulsions , reduces the manifestations of trophic disorders. In patients with hemorrhoids, pain, itching, bleeding and exudation are also reduced when using the drug. Significantly reduces the manifestations of local side effects of radiation therapy, has a calming and cooling effect.
By reducing the pore sizes of the vascular walls, the drug restores the structure and function of the endothelium and normalizes the permeability of the vessels to water and lipids. It has an antioxidant effect, reduces the oxidative activity of oxygen, protects endothelial tissues from the action of free radicals and hypochlorous acid, inhibits lipid peroxidation, normalizes the degree of red blood cell deformation, has anesthetic, anti-edematous effect, prevents the formation of microthrombi.
Active components of the gel quickly droop through the epidermis. After 30-60 minutes, hydroxyethylrutozides are found in the skin, and after 2-3 hours - in the subcutaneous fatty tissue. Due to the fact that this drug is a drug for external use, methods for clarifying the pharmacokinetic processes in the blood, used at the present stage, are not sensitive enough.
