The therapeutic effect after a single dose of the pill inside is developed and becomes maximum after 2 hours. The active ingredients of the drug reduce the hypertrophy of the heart muscle, which often develops against the background of a persistent increase in blood pressure. Already after 3 weeks after regular use of tablets, patients notice a significant improvement in the general condition, normalization of blood pressure indicators, not only in a state of complete rest, but also during exercise. In patients with chronic heart failure, swelling of the face and lower limbs is reduced, and the risk of post-infarction complications is significantly reduced.

According to the instructions, patients with arterial hypertension are prescribed 80 mg of the drug per day. If necessary, and there is a strong indication, the doctor can increase the daily dose, but this happens gradually only in the absence of a therapeutic effect from the minimum effective dose.

After myocardial infarction, patients in the first hours are prescribed 40 mg of the drug 2 times a day. Within 3 months, this dose is gradually increased to 320 mg per day. If, during therapy, the patient has significantly reduced blood pressure, then the dosage of the drug is adjusted.

adishwar deeti: Hi,sir Can we set any alarm or notification if the BP rises, can we fix the limit to notifiy if the number increased ex:- if bp increases above 125/90 can we set alarm for it automatically

2jazzyjeffer: How come in the below video, the same guy says it's $50 -$100 Techlicious? Now it's much higher! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z9esHy1BqPs

Life-is-Inspiring: I just ordered one today;the blood pressure needs to be watched all the time and this watch costs much less then a medical treatment

James Kirk: Good job with an excellent user demo. This is a very specialized V1 device with a very narrow user base. I have considered purchasing but, as you show, and as other reviewers have demonstrated (since the actual release of this watch), it's just too little advantage over other Omron options. For example, I can test BP and get an EKG using a recently released single Omron device, the BP7900. Not portable for sure, but it measures and records two critical parameters simultaneously. https://omronhealthcare.com/products/complete-upper-arm-blood-pressure-monitor-ekg-bp7900/ So I take a reading once or twice a day at home and use the Apple Watch 4 the rest of the time. For me, it's the best solution at this time. But I'm open to looking at V2.
