Dosage form and composition
Valerian tincture is produced in the form of a clear liquid of red-brown or yellowish-red color, there is a pleasant spicy flavor. During storage, a small precipitate is allowed. The tincture is made from rhizomes and valerian roots. Raw materials are carefully aged in 70% alcohol in the ratio of valerian - alcohol 1: 5 (1 liter of tincture contains 200 g of valerian).
The valerian tincture contains active substances such as valeric acid, borneol, essential oil, alkaloids, tannins.
