Budesonide is an inhaled glucocorticosteroid, which has a local anti-inflammatory, anti-exudative and antiallergic effect. It is used for Crohn's disease, bronchial asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.

Composition

Each dose contains 0.2 mg of the active substance - budesonide.

Release form

Budeson is available as a metered-dose powder for inhalation. One dose contains 200 mcg (0.2 mg) of budesonide. The carton pack contains 1 inhaler made of polymeric material and 200 doses in laminated bags made of aluminum foil.

Therapeutic effect of the drug

Budesonide has a local antiexudative, immunosuppressive, antiallergic and anti-inflammatory effect on the mucous membrane of the respiratory tract. The drug improves the control of bronchial asthma.
