Andipal is a combination drug from the group of analgesics.
Composition, release form
The drug Andipal is available in the form of tablets for internal administration. The composition of the drug includes the following active ingredients: dibazol, analgin, phenobarbital, papaverine. The excipients are talc, starch and stearic acid.
Tablets are available in a blister pack of 10 pieces.
The multicomponent composition of the drug determines its pharmacological effects. The drug contributes to the provision of antispasmodic, sedative, vasospastic and analgesic effects.
Andipal is used as an antispasmodic in the symptomatic treatment of cerebral and peripheral vascular spasms. The use of tablets allows to lower and normalize the level of blood pressure, improve blood circulation.
The active ingredients of the drug (papaverine + dibazol + analgn) mutually enhance the pharmacological effects of each other. This allows the use of Andipal as an analgesic for migraines and severe headache.
Phenobarbital contributes to the provision of sedative effect.

Indications for use of Andipal is a symptomatic treatment of pain, accompanied by spasms of cerebral vessels:
- Hypertensive heart disease (mild form).
- Migraine development.
How to take Andipal
Andipal tablets must be taken orally. The dosage for adults is 1 tablet 2-3 times a day. The course of treatment should not exceed 1 week-10 days.

The antihypertensive effect of Andipal is increased in the case of simultaneous use with drugs of the following pharmacological groups:
- Nitrates (Nitrosorbid, Nitroglycerin).
- Beta-blockers (Metoprolol, Anaprilin).
- Diuretics (Lasix, Furosemide).
- Calcium channel blockers (nifedepine).
- Myotropic antispasmodics (Euphyllinum).
The antihypotensive effect of Andiapala may decrease when taken with such drugs:
- H- and M-cholinomimetics (Nicotine, Acetylcholine).
- Andrenomimetiki (Adrenalin, Ephedrine).
- Analeptic (Camphor, Tsitizin, Sulfokamfokainom).
- Toning agents - tincture or tablets of ginseng, Rhodiola rosea, Eleutherococcus.
When used simultaneously with drugs from the group of opioid analgesics increases the risk of unwanted adverse reactions.
Simultaneous use with activated carbon and drugs that have a coating and astringent effect (antacid drugs, drugs that include bismuth), reduces the absorption of Andipal in the gastrointestinal tract.

With prolonged use of tablets requires monitoring of the blood picture.
