The complex therapeutic effect of the drug Anauran provide 3 components:
α-polymyxin B sulfate is a polypeptide antibiotic. Its effect extends to gram-negative microorganisms, among them are strains of salmonella, shigella and Escherichia coli. Mushrooms, mycobacteria, gram-positive cocci and proteus are completely insensitive to the activity of polymyxin B sulfate. The substance has a slight local irritation.
-neomycin sulfate is considered an antibiotic that belongs to the aminoglycoside group. It has a wide range of effects. Bactericidal effect on strains and gram-negative and gram-positive pathogens of infections, including Shigella, Proteus, E. coli, as well as pneumococcus and staphylococcus. Neomycin sulfate is inactive in the treatment of diseases triggered by strains of streptococcus.
lidocaine hydrochloride is a substance belonging to the group of local anesthetics. Able to quickly relieve itching and painful manifestations, has a local anesthetic effect.
Anauran contains in 100 ml drops:
Neomycin sulfate 375,000 IU;
Polymyxin B 1000000ME;

Dosing and Administration
