Allergodil spray nasal belongs to the group of H1-histamine receptor blockers, has a pronounced anti-allergic effect and is widely used in ENT practice.
Allergodil spray is produced in 10 ml vials with a spray on the end.
Structure of the preparation
The main active substance of the spray Allergoodil is azelastine hydrochloride, as well as the auxiliary components: purified water, sodium edetate, citric acid on a waterless basis, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, sodium chloride, sodium dodecahydrate, sodium hydrogenphosphate.
Pharmacological properties of the drug
Allergodil nasal spray has an anti-allergic effect and quickly removes the swelling of the nasal mucosa. The main active substance of the drug hydrochloride azelastine has a prolonged (prolonged) antiallergic effect. When the spray is absorbed by the nasal mucosa, the histamine H1 receptors are blocked and the allergic reaction is suppressed.
